[CS:GO] HUD for CS:S

This is CS:GO inspired HUD for CS:S.

I also included screenshots from my personal HUD in CS:GO for comparison.
I will look at the killcam, buy menu, and the scoreboard but this is the initial release for now.

CS:GO Background for the Main Menu taken from The Arms Deal update.
CS:GO Styled MOTD
CS:GO Styled Team Menu

CS:GO Styled Spectator Menu
CS:GO styled Health and Armor icons and bar
CS:GO styled Ammo bar
CS:GO styled Round Timer
CS:GO styled Defuser Icon
CS:GO styled Buy and Hostage zone icons.
CS:GO styled fund bar

Bugs:
The HUD has been optimised for 1080p 1920×1080 resolution. Using a lower resolution might result in the defuser icon not being properly displayed or displayed at all. I will look into this.

If you find any other bugs, please let me know so I can fix it.

Install Instructions:
Simply extract the package anywhere and copy the HUD folder inside the CS:GO HUD to your CS:S Custom folder, then go to the HUD\resource\fontsfolder and install the fonts for the HUD to work properly.
